This Privacy Statement describes how Banijay Belgium NV, having its registered offices at Fabrieksstraat 38 (box 6) 2547 Lint, and with company number 0462.185.303 processes your personal data.

  • Customer management: 10 years after completion of our (last) agreement with you;

  • Supplier management: 10 years after the end of the cooperation with the supplier;

  • Direct marketing: 3 years after the last meaningful contact;

  • Dispute and complaint management: the term needed to follow-up on the dispute or complaint.

  • Compliance with our legal obligations: retention in accordance with the legal retention periods.

Please note that, where your personal data is being processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to such processing at any time. 

Recipients of your personal data?

Under certain circumstances, we might share your personal data with other recipients:
